Company history
Feeney’s is located in Feasterville,
Pa. approximately two miles from Northeast Philadelphia
and Eastern Montgomery County.
Feeney’s Nursery was founded
in 1952 by James Feeney. The business started with 12
parking spaces for the roadside nursery and garden center.
It supplied trees, shrubs and fertilizer to gardening
novices and landscape professionals in the Lower Bucks
County area. The business grew steadily by providing
a commitment to quality merchandise and service.
In 1975, on the same seven-acre site,
the 2,000 square foot building was removed to make way
for a new 20,000 square foot facility. At this time,
Feeney’s developed our own brand of lawn products
specifically blended for our Bucks County area. Along
with this expanded garden and nursery product line,
Feeney’s began offering gifts, indoor accessories,
patio furniture and a Christmas Village at the Holidays.
By 1996, the construction of a 17,000
square foot outdoor shopping area was complete. A greenhouse
and a covered outdoor shopping area along with walkways
enhanced the outdoor shopping experience.
In 2003, after 28 years, the front
exterior of Feeney’s received a long overdue face-lift.
A Williamsburg design was constructed to match the upscale
image for which Feeney's has been known.
Feeney’s Nursery was eventually
shortened to Feeney’s to reflect our diversification
over the years. We are proud to say Feeney’s has
been repeatedly voted Best of Bucks for our Garden Center,
Furniture Department and Christmas Store.
Today, this family run business is
one of the most respected Christmas and Home and Garden
destinations in the Philadelphia area. We pride ourselves
on personal attention and service.
